What your impact will be at our client:
As the Administrative Assistant you’ll be assisting the department’s director. You will be coordinating calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries. Other tasks will include answering phones and cross communication with other departments.

Our client is looking for someone who has the personality that will positively represent the company. You will need at least one year of experience with a willingness to learn. In addition you will need to demonstrate proficiency in MS Outlook. Most importantly you will need to possess excellent customer service skills and communication.
