What your impact will be at our client:

As an Assistant Manager you will be supervising the lease and rental administrative operations. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the workload of the team to ensure work is accomplished in accordance with policies and procedures. This department works closely with sales, operations, and accounting teams and reports directly to the CFO. The assistant manager will provide analysis, reporting, process improvement, and other profit maximizing projects and initiatives.

Our client is looking for a candidate with at least three years’ experience at a supervisor level. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. You should also have experience in process management and improvement. In addition knowledge of DOT and other Federal regulations is preferred but not required. You must possess deductive reasoning and problem solving abilities.
