What your impact will be at our client:
As the Part-Time Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to a team of individuals. You will be assisting with phone coverage, email correspondence, extensive calendar management, and scheduling appointment for multiple executives. You will also be corresponding with high level clients, preparing the necessary materials for meetings, and maintain confidential information. In addition you will be preparing and auditing expense reports.

Our client is looking for someone who has the personality and experience to positively represent the company. You need to have proficient knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Administrative Assistant level position is required. Most importantly you should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the highest level of professionalism.
