What your impact will be at our client:
As a Senior Compensation Specialist you will be responsible for completing several tasks on a supportive level. You will be assisting the HR generalist in the day to day operations of talent acquisition. In addition, you will be completing analysis/reports of compensation and benefits. You will also lead projects as assigned.
What our client is looking for:
Our client is looking for someone who has the personality and experience to positively represent their company. You will need a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. At least 3 years of HR experience is required.
You must demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel as well as experience in SAP. Most importantly you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all levels of the organization.
