Who you are:

Do you have the personality and ability to work with anyone? Do you have a degree in a technical field or business/sales marketing? Then this might be the opportunity for you! Our client is looking for a candidate who is reliable, has a strong work ethic and a great personality.

What your impact will be at our client:

As Technical AM/CSR you will be responsible for processing orders in SAP. You will also be providing customers with assistance in solving issues, quoting, pricing, and communicating with production managers to make sure orders are processed in a timely manner. Another job function will be to provide technical/applications support for assigned lines of product. In addition you will be providing support to inside and outside sales when needed.

What our client is looking for:           

We are looking for a candidate with the skills and a great personality to join our team. You should have a minimum of two years’ experience in customer service. You must have a four year degree in a technical field or business/sales marketing from a college or university. In addition you should be able to read simple blueprints. You must demonstrate proficiency in MS Office software and SAP. Most importantly you should have strong written and verbal communication.
