Our client is looking to bring aboard a Technical Support Specialist for a contract opportunity. The client is located in Milwaukee, WI.

What You’ll Impact at Our Client:
- You will provide hardware and software support to over 5,000 kiosks and users in both in the United States and abroad for customers.
- You will investigate and resolve complex computer issues locally and remotely.
- You will have QA and software debugging for development team.
- You will create baseline disk images for kiosks and digital signage using Norton Ghost and Terabyte Unlimited disk imaging software.
What we’re looking for:
- Associates Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 5+ years related experience
- Experience with Apple products (desktop/laptop, iPhone, iPad).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, multi-task effectively and work well under pressure.
- Experience with phone and email support.
