What your impact will be at our client:

As a Benefits and Compensation Professional you will be responsible for completing several day to day tasks in accordance with company polices. You will educate HR, Executives, and Recruitment Managers in compensation/benefits for the onboarding process of new hires. In additions you will be responsible for the completion of all documentation that relates to benefits/compensation. Most importantly you will up to speed on current legislation as it relates to benefits and compensation regulation.

What our client is looking for:

Our client is looking for someone who has the personality and experience to positively represent the company. A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources and at least one year of experience in benefits. You should have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time and complete them in a fast paced environment. Most importantly you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all levels of the organization.
