What you’ll impact at our client:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist with post sales functions including troubleshooting, responding to questions or concerns related to products, RMA’s, tracking orders, etc. You will maintain product knowledge so you’re able to assist customers quickly and efficiently.

You are looking for a long term career! You have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience. You work and communicate well in a team setting. You are personable and have the natural drive to help others.
