What we’re looking for:
You have 5+ years of HR management experience. You have a Bachelor’s degree. You are PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, and/or SHRM-SCP certified.
What you’ll impact at our client:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will assist with the deployment of company-wide programs and initiatives. You will manage employee life cycle from recruitment to termination. You will work with leadership to understand staffing needs and manage recruitment process. You will advise and coach managers on company policies and work with them to resolve employee-related issues. You will execute the performance review process, evaluate benefit plans, and monitor compliance with all federal and state laws.
