Our client is looking to bring aboard a Human Resource Manager on a direct-hire basis. This position is located in the Mount Pleasant, WI.

Who You are

You have an eye for problem solving and coming up with solutions. You have the ability to coach leaders. You are open to traveling 15% of the time.  You are someone who has managed multiple sites.

What You’ll Impact at Our Client

As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing all policies and procedures around labor laws, talent management, employee relations, and recruiting. You will coach HR professionals on best practices. You will identify areas that need training.  You will be a part of the managment team to identify strategic intiatives that are critical to the company's continued growth.

 

What We’re Looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing enviornment
  • Excellent Leader
