Our client is looking to bring aboard a Manufacturing Engineer on a direct-hire basis.  This position is located in Franklin, WI.

What You’ll Impact at Our Client

As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will support new product development by designing, planning, and implementing validated manufacturing systems, equipment, and facility improvements. You will lead cross-functional improvement initiatives as well as identify & implement cost savings in the manufacturing environment. You will lead a team through continuous improvement and provide ongoing training. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or process engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Consumer packaged goods industry experience is a must
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team through continuous improvement
