Our client is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for a long term contract to hire opening.  The client is located in Milwaukee, WI.

What You’ll Impact at Our Client:

  • You will support and maintain integrated digital merchandising solutions on a proprietary platform that manages and distributes customized digitial content at retail locations and captures consumer interaction and data metrics.   

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years related experience.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
  • Support experience with Apple products (desktop/laptop, iPhone, iPad).
  • Provide hardware and software support to over 5,000 kiosks and users in both in the United States and abroad for customers.
  • Investigate and resolve complex computer issues locally and remotely.
  • Strong customer support skills (phone) as there will be direct interaction with clients.
